Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are subject to change on orders that have not yet shipped out. GCS will make a best effort to contact its clients and inform them of any changes before processing the order.

Orders valued at $300 or more, before taxes and other charges, in the province of Ontario* will be eligible for free shipping.

* Excludes remote areas and extended areas- special shipping rates may apply

The shipping rates provided are carrier quotes based on weight and size of shipment obtained at the time of shopping cart submission. Shipping may be provided by the quoted carrier, or a different carrier than in the original quote, based on availability and actual shipping rates at time of shipping.

 

Refunds

We are happy to refund your item(s) for a store credit (minus shipping fees where applicable) if it's not what you are looking for. Please contact our office via phone or email to let us know what you'd like to refund so we can start the process.

The returned item(s), have to be in an unused and undamaged condition to be accepted.

The return to our warehouse has to be within 30 days of order date.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, a refund in the form of a store credit for the equivalent amount of the returned product(s) will be issued and added to your account to redeem for any future orders.

 

Exclusions & Restocking Fees

The following terms apply as described:

  • All personal protection items are final sale

  • Damaged or used items cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit

  • All returned product must be in good re-saleable condition

  • 10% re-stocking fee applies for any returned items

  • 15% re-stocking fee applies to opened product where the packaging wasn't damaged. If damaged, return/exchange will not be accepted

  • No returns after 30 days from the date of order

  • It is the customer's responsibility to take care of shipping and related costs for returned items. In person returns to our warehouse are an alternative to shipping returned product back, but date/time must be booked in advance over the phone or email beforehand.

  • In case of store credit issued for returned items purchased through bulk pricing deals, the credit issued will be for the applicable pricing after the return is processed.
